Where Is My Order?

We ship most orders within 2 business days via USPS. Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

Check Your Order Status

Use Shopify's built-in order status page to check your shipment in real time:

1. Open your shipping confirmation email from PM Outfitters.
2. Click the "View your order" or "Track shipment" link in the email.
3. Your live order status page will show your USPS tracking details and estimated delivery.

You can also track directly on the USPS website using the tracking number from your confirmation email: tools.usps.com.

Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times vary by USPS service and destination. Please allow additional time during peak seasons and holidays.

Haven't Received a Confirmation Email?

Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll help you out.
